    2. There are no pending material litigations, legal proceedings, or actions taken by any regulatory authority against the Research Entity, Research Analyst, or its associates or relatives.

B. Disclosures Regarding Research and Recommendation Services

  • Financial Interest
    The Research Entity, Research Analyst, or its associates or relatives may have financial interest or ownership of 1% or more in the securities recommended in their personal portfolio at the end of the month immediately preceding the publication of the research report or research recommendation. Such details will be disclosed at the time of advice.

    The Research Entity or Research Analyst has not managed or co-managed any public offering of the subject company in the past 12 months.
  • No Investment Banking or Merchant Banking
    The Research Entity, Research Analyst, or its associates have not received compensation for investment banking, merchant banking, or brokerage services from the subject company in the past 12 months.
  • No Compensation for Other Services
    The Research Entity, Research Analyst, or its associates have not received any compensation for services other than investment banking, merchant banking, or brokerage services from the subject company in the past 12 months.
  • No Third-party Compensation
    The Research Entity, Research Analyst, or its associates have not received any compensation or other benefits from the subject company or any third party in connection with the research report or recommendations.
  • No Client Relationship with Subject Company
