A. Vision and Mission for Investors
- Vision: Invest with knowledge and safety.
- Mission: Every investor should be able to invest in the right products, manage and track investments to achieve their goals, access reports, and enjoy financial well-being.
B. Business Activities of the Research Analyst for Investors
- Publish research reports based on research activities.
- Provide an independent and unbiased view on securities.
- Offer unbiased recommendations and disclose any financial interests in the recommended securities.
- Provide recommendations based on publicly available information and analysis.
- Conduct an annual audit.
C. Services Provided to Investors (No Indicative Timelines)
- Onboarding of clients.
- Distribute research reports and recommendations to clients without discrimination.
- Maintain confidentiality about the research report until it is made public.
D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and Access
- If you have a grievance or complaint, contact the Research Analyst to resolve it within 30 days.
- If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, you can file a complaint with SEBI through its SCORES portal (Securities Complaints Redressal System), which is a centralized web-based system. SEBI will forward the complaint to the concerned intermediary for resolution. You can track your complaint’s status through SCORES.

E. Expectations from Investors (Investor Responsibilities)
- Do’s
- Always work with a SEBI registered Research Analyst.
- Make sure the Research Analyst has a valid registration certificate.
- Verify the SEBI registration number.
- Check the list of all SEBI registered Research Analysts available on the SEBI website:
SEBI Registered Analysts List. - Always review disclosures in research reports before investing.
- Make payments to the Research Analyst through banking channels and keep receipts that show the payment details.
- Before buying securities or applying for a public offer, check the research recommendations given by your Research Analyst.
- Ask questions and clear any doubts with your Research Analyst before acting on any recommendations.
- Report any Research Analyst offering guaranteed returns to SEBI.
- Don’ts
- Do not give funds directly to the Research Analyst for investment.
- Avoid falling for misleading advertisements or market rumors.
- Do not be tempted by limited-period discounts, gifts, or other incentives offered by the Research Analyst.
- Never share your trading or demat account login credentials and password with the Research Analyst.
